How the preview link works

The preview link is a private URL we send you the day after you submit your intake. It looks like:

• weauto.org/sites/yourshop

It's the full custom website we built for you — every page, your real content, your photos (or stock placeholders if you didn't send any). The link is unlisted: only you and the weauto team can find it. Google won't index it.

1. Business name + tagline on the homepage — exactly how you want it shown to customers.
2. Phone number in the header and on the contact page. Tap it on your phone to confirm it dials correctly.
3. Address on the contact page. Make sure suburb, state, and postcode are right — local search relies on this.
4. Hours. Each day, including weekend status.
5. Services. Read each one. Anything missing? Anything we got wrong?
6. Story / About. Does it sound like you? It doesn't need to be perfect — we'll polish if you want it differently.
7. Photos. Stock placeholders are fine for launch — you can swap real photos in later via a change request.
8. Mobile view. Open it on your phone. Most of your customers will.

You've got two options:

• Reply "approve" to the preview email.That's it. We deploy to your domain within 24 hours.
• Reply with a list of changes.Be as specific as you want — "swap the hero photo for the workshop one," "change the headline to X," "add 'after-hours pickup' under services." We turn changes around within 24 hours, then send you an updated preview.

Two full rounds are included in the $299 price. A "round" is one batch of changes, no matter how many items it contains — so collect everything before you reply rather than sending five emails.

1. We deploy to your domain (e.g. yourshop.com.au) — usually within 24 hours of approval.
2. SSL certificate auto-issued — your site is HTTPS from the first minute.
3. You get a "site is live" email from hello@weauto.org confirming everything's up.
4. 14 days later: a check-in email asking if anything needs adjusting. Reply with anything you want updated.

One-off changes after launch: email hello@weauto.org and we'll quote it. Most small changes (text edits, photo swaps, hours updates) are included in the first 90 days at no charge.
