The simple version
Email hello@weauto.org with what you want changed. We turn most updates around in 24 business hours.
Or if your build is still in progress, use the change-request form on your intake page.
Updating photos
What we need:
- A link to a Dropbox / Google Drive / iCloud folder with the photos.
- Or just attach them to the email — anything under 25MB total.
- One sentence per photo telling us where it should go ("hero," "about page," "next to the brakes service," etc.).
Updating hours
Just email us the new hours, one day per line. We'll update the contact page and the schema markup that Google uses.

Adding or changing a service
What we need:
- The service name (e.g. "Hybrid battery replacement").
- One or two sentences describing it. We'll polish — just give us the gist.
- Whether to add it to the homepage services list, the services page, or both.
Updating contact details, address, or business name
Email hello@weauto.org with the new details. If your business name has changed officially, send us your new ABN at the same time so we can update the footer.
Note: changing your address means we also update your Google Business listing info if we set one up — just letting us know is enough.
How fast we turn around
- Text edits, hours changes, phone/email updates: usually within a few hours, always within 24 business hours.
- Photo updates: within 24 business hours.
- New service pages, new sections, layout tweaks: 1–2 business days.
- Whole new pages or major redesigns: quoted separately.
How many changes are free?
The first 90 days after launch: small text/photo/hours updates are included at no charge. After that, ongoing changes work best on a retainer — monthly fixed cost, priority queue.
