Our approach

We treat people, not just conditions.

We don't believe in endless appointments. From your first visit, we aim to understand your body, your goals, and your life — then build a plan that gets you better as efficiently as possible.

Our physiotherapists are committed to continuing education and evidence-based practice. That means your treatment is informed by the latest clinical research, not habit or tradition. We'll always explain what we're doing and why.

01
Thorough assessment

We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your condition, movement patterns, and lifestyle to identify the root cause.

02
Evidence-based plan

Your treatment plan is grounded in current clinical research and tailored to your specific goals and activity level.

03
Hands-on therapy

Manual therapy, dry needling, and targeted exercise — combined to address both pain and the underlying cause.

04
Long-term prevention

We equip you with the knowledge and home programme to stay well and reduce the risk of recurrence.

What our patients say

After two years of chronic lower back pain and multiple failed treatments elsewhere, Emma finally identified the root cause and had me 90% better within six weeks. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough.

Rachel M. · Surry Hills

James treated my ACL tear post-surgery with such a methodical, encouraging approach. He explained every phase of the programme clearly and I returned to playing football ahead of schedule.

Tom & Asha Brennan · Darlinghurst

I've been seeing Priya for hip replacement rehab. She is thorough, patient, and genuinely invested in my progress. The whole team is professional and the clinic is spotlessly clean.

Sandra Yip · Redfern

Had persistent headaches for months that turned out to be cervicogenic. Lachlan sorted it in four sessions with dry needling and manual work. Should have come sooner.

Common questions

Before your first visit

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No referral is needed to book a private physiotherapy appointment. You can call or email us directly. If you're claiming through a GP Management Plan (EPC), you will need a referral from your GP first.
Will my health fund cover the cost?
We accept all major Australian health funds and have HICAPS on-site for instant claiming. The rebate amount depends on your level of extras cover. Call your fund to confirm your entitlements before your appointment.
How long does a first appointment take?
Initial consultations are 50–60 minutes. This allows time for a thorough assessment, a clear diagnosis, and the beginning of your treatment in the same session. Follow-up appointments are typically 30–40 minutes.
Do you offer early morning or evening appointments?
Yes — we offer appointments from 7:00am Monday to Friday, and until 7:00pm on weekdays. Saturday appointments are available from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated. For lower limb conditions, shorts are ideal. For back and shoulder issues, a loose shirt or singlet works well. We have a private change room available.
